This workshop also includes a SOWhaT Company Analysis, which asks “SoWhaT are your company’s strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats? And SoWhaT truly differentiates your company?”. The SOWhaT Analysis may also include a Market and Competitive Analysis.
Discovering Your Company’s Unique Value Proposition –
A one (1) or two (2) day workshop. The workshop walks you through a four (4) step process to discover your company’s over-arching value proposition. Using the same process, the workshop will also help craft compelling business impacting value propositions to aid your sales process and sales team. In this workshop, a SOWhaT Analysis will also be conducted which asks “SoWhaT are your company’s strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats?" and "SoWhaT truly differentiates your company?”. The SOWhaT Analysis may also include a Market and Competitive Analysis.
Crafting Your Company’s Messaging and Positioning Statements –
A one (1) or two (2) day workshop that will identify the key components necessary to craft your company’s unique Messaging and Positioning Statements. EQ2S will employ a proprietary four (4) step process to create your company’s key positioning statement which is a no-nonsense statement of how your company is perceived in the minds of your target market. During the workshop, EQ2S will also employ a proprietary five (5) step process to create a key messaging for each target audience. Messaging put words behind your positioning that you can use to describe the more detailed aspects of your value proposition to customers and ideal target clients.
